Florida may Ban Radar Detectors

So, should these be legal or illegal?

I think some have argued that radar is really just a "radio" signal at a certain frequency and that we have a right to receive any radio signal.

Others have said that we have a right to know when we are being electronically "searched" or something like that.

I haven't had one since college when they were better at detecting automatic doors at stores more than cops.

any opinions out there?
