Well, it looks like he gave in a little. But the video he put on-line doesn't have the crime in it, and the part he sold did (I think), so this may not be over yet.

I just don't understand this, If I would be required to testify about something I saw on private time or even while at work, why shouldn't Joshua Wolf or any reporter?
